Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 backend developers through the software development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Manage deployment and infrastructure using AWS services
- Collaborate with product owners, frontend teams, and DevOps for successful project delivery
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and performant
- Participate in architecture design and technical planning
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Proficiency in REST API development and microservices architecture
