Job Overview
• Education: BBA/MBA/MCA/BE
• Experience: 5 t0 10 years of product management or business analyst experience.
• Preferred Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
• Product Prioritisation / Definition: Contribute to prioritization of current product offering & begin to understand product trade-offs as the development of the cloud solutions progress.
• Product Strategy & Planning: Contributes to the development of product roadmaps used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream as the products are available in cloud for client migration.
• Product Delivery & Launch: Provide descriptions and requirement definition for product development; Prepare for and support product release in the cloud.
• Migration & Portfolio Management: Monitor product adoption and use, working with the Client migration teams. Collect, analyze and interpret data to support conclusions and/or present insights and findings from client migrations.
• Support Migrations: Working with the client migration team as a support to help defining internal EFX onboarding work flows.
Skills Required
• Business Partnership and Consulting: Explain detailed information to others in straightforward situations demonstrating an ability to articulate the case for action and the benefits of a proposed plan.
• Data Driven Decision Making: Recognizes relevant information and identifies/solves a range of problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures.
• Execution: Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results, typically in routine situations of minimal complexity; Effectively balances quality and speed to deliver expected results.
• Industry & Competitive Knowledge: Apply an understanding of key business drivers, using this understanding to accomplish own work; Demonstrate an understanding of the impact of Equifax's services/products on the success of customers.
• Knowledge of Customer: Consistently solicit feedback from customer to develop solid knowledge of the customer; Commit to delivering on customer needs with a sense of urgency and accountability for delivering value, identifying and voicing opportunities to enhance customer service.
• Technical Knowledge of Products: Leverages technical knowledge of products to support meeting customer needs across the product life cycle; Understands market segments as well as market data trends relative to the products to support.
