The Impact you will have in this role:
We're looking for a Senior Associate UI UX Engineer to help build and scale shared UI platforms used across the organization. This is a handson, highly autonomous role focused on building reusable UI components, supporting enterprise adoption, and partnering with designers and application teams to modernize interfaces.
This role requires strong proficiency in both React and Angular, with a primary skillset in React.
What You'll Do
Build & Maintain Shared UI Libraries
Design, implement, and maintain reusable UI components and patterns across React and Angular libraries.
Ensure best practices across accessibility, performance, responsiveness, and theming.
Produce clear component documentation and usage examples.
Architecture & Platform Contributions
Contribute to shared frontend architecture decisions, integration patterns, and release/versioning strategies for library consumers.
Adoption, Migration & Support
Partner with internal application teams to drive adoption of shared UI standards.
Guide teams through framework upgrades and migrations, including major React and Angular version changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues in enterprise applications.
Standards, Quality & Governance
Champion frontend engineering standards, code quality, and UI/UX consistency through reviews and shared best practices.
AIEnabled Frontend Delivery
Use modern AI tooling to accelerate delivery (AIassisted coding, refactoring, test generation, and documentation).
Work with AI agents and AI IDE tooling as part of the daily frontend development workflow.
Collaborate with governed enterprise AI integration patterns (e.g., MCP servers or similar controlled toolaccess models).
What You'll Bring
6-9 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
Handson experience with both React and Angular, with deeper expertise in React.
Proven experience building reusable UI components or designsystem style libraries.
Experience with frontend testing, Storybook and CI/CD pipelines.
Practical experience using AIenabled developer tools as part of a modern frontend engineering workflow.
Handson experience with AI IDE copilots or AIassisted development tools, with a strong preference for experience using Kiro.
Experience using AI tools and AI agents to accelerate and automate frontend engineering workflows, including implementation, refactoring, test generation, documentation, and code review.
Familiarity with MCP servers or similar controlled toolintegration / agenttosystem architecture patterns.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to operate independently.
