What You'll Own

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the face of Symbo for our digital lending and NBFC clients. You'll manage mid-market fintech accounts driving growth through strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and consultative selling. This is a farming role (70%) with a strong lens on account expansion, client retention, and stakeholder management, along with a focused hunting charter (30%) for new high-potential fintechs.

What You'll Do

Own client relationships with mid-market fintechs and NBFCs, acting as the single point of contact for key decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Product Heads)

Drive account expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and contextual product deployments across the loan lifecycle

Navigate complex deal cycles involving Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders both internally and at the client end

Partner with internal teams (Insurance, Product, Ops) to ensure smooth execution and post-sale success

Identify growth opportunities within accounts and influence roadmap discussions by representing client voice internally

Actively prospect select fintechs in the lending space to build and close new partnerships (hunting)

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships

Exposure to BFSI, lending, fintech, or SaaS (Insurance/Insurtech experience is a plus)

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across CXO and functional teams

A structured and consultative mindset with high attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills
