Senior Wordpress Full Stack Developer

\n We seek a versatile senior developer to convert Figma or Loveable designs into custom WordPress themes without relying on pre-built themes, and build advanced websites using Loveable/Webflow/Framer.

What we are looking for :

- Custom WordPress Development :

\n - Ability to build WordPress themes from scratch (HTML/CSS/JS + PHP) based on Lovable/Figma designs

\n - Experience with custom post types, ACF, and theme optimization

\n - Create websites for AI Services Startups, New Business Startups

Responsibilities/What You'll Do :

\n - Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in WordPress.

\n - Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.

\n - Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using WordPress.

\n - Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.

\n - Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.

\n - Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.

\n - Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new WordPress capabilities.

\n - Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth hand-off and deployment.

\n - Design and build landing pages and websites for brands

\n - Apply UI/UX best practices

\n - Ensure responsive and fast-loading pages

No-Code Mastery :

\n - Advanced skills in WordPress/Loveable/ (interactions, CMS, complex animations) and/or Framer (React-based components, CMS setups)

Technical Skills :

\n - Pixel-perfect, responsive implementation (mobile-first)

\n - Clean code practices and performance optimization (SEO, speed)

\n - Basic knowledge of Git for version control

\n - Mobile-first mindset and strong focus on performance (load speed, responsiveness)

\n - Basic knowledge of JavaScript, embeds, and integrations (no full coding experience required)

Freelance Fit :

\n - Proven experience managing project-based work (end-to-end delivery)

\n - Strong communication skills and responsiveness

\n - Portfolio demonstrating both custom WordPress and Framer projects

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have) :

\n - Experience with headless WordPress setups

\n - Familiarity with GSAP or Lottie animations

\n - UI/UX design sensibilities to suggest technical improvements

\n - Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.

\n - Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.

Optimization & Maintenance :

\n - Ensure website performance, SEO readiness, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

\n - Conduct regular audits to maintain scalability and improve user experience.

\n - Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve the site's overall stability.

Qualifications & Skills :

\n 12+ years of experience in UI/UX design and Wordpress development (agency or startup experience preferred).

\n - Advanced proficiency in Loveable/WordPress/Webflow, Figma, Wized, Xano, and Memberstack.

\n - Strong understanding of API integration, CMS management, and no-code automation.

\n - Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

\n - Experience with AWS hosting, SEO optimization, and conversion-focused design is a plus.

\n - Exceptional communication and project management skills.

\n - A portfolio showcasing modern, functional WordPress/Loveable projects and UX case studies.

\n - A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds.
