Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing high-quality working drawings with speed and accuracy, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The role involves translating design concepts into detailed, execution-ready drawings while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Working Drawings & Technical Documentation:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Develop execution drawings including:
• Floor Plans
• Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
• Electrical & Lighting Layouts
• Joinery & Cabinetry Details
• Flooring Layouts
• Elevations & Sections
• Detailed Construction Drawings
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and ready for on-site execution
• Deliver drawings within tight timelines while maintaining high-quality standards

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in working drawing production
• Knowledge of joinery detailing and interior construction methods
• Understanding of site execution and coordination
• Experience with SketchUp / Revit / Photoshop is an added advantage

• Experience in interior design firms, architecture studios, or design-build companies
• Strong site coordination and contractor management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced project environments
