\n - Good knowledge of colour grading
\n - Ability to use your own initiative and creativity to make videos more engaging
\n - A good eye for pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
\n - Professionalism, reliability, and good communication
\n - Ability to meet deadlines consistently
