\nComply is seeking a QA Manager to champion quality across our product suite, building a world-class QA function, and ensuring that every release reflects our commitment to reliability and trust.
\nThis is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep technical QA expertise with the strategic thinking and interpersonal skills to drive quality culture across engineering, product, and beyond.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, standards, and best practices. \n
- Lead and mentor QA teams, including test leads, senior QA engineers, and automation engineers. \n
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor product quality and testing effectiveness. \n
- Drive test planning, test execution, defect management, and release quality assessments. \n
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Project Management teams to ensure quality objectives are met. \n
- Oversee automation testing initiatives and promote continuous testing practices. \n
- Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing areas. \n
- Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance evaluations. \n
- Conduct quality reviews, audits, and process compliance assessments. \n
- Identify quality risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies \n
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery models and participate in release governance activities. \n
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and quality engineering practices. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. \n
- 10–15+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3–5 years in a QA leadership or management role. \n
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. \n
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional QA teams. \n
- Expertise in test management, defect management, and quality governance. \n
- Hands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. \n
Technical Skills:
\n- \n
- Test Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ALM, or equivalent. \n
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, or equivalent. \n
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI. \n
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Pipelines. \n
- Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools. \n
- SQL and database testing experience. \n
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Compliance, Regulatory, Governance, Risk Management, Audit, Financial Compliance, Healthcare \n
- Compliance, or related domains. \n
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and controls management processes. \n
- Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance validation, and quality control reviews. \n
- ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are desirable. \n
