\nRole Overview
\nWe are looking for a passionate Corporate Communication Trainer with expertise in Business Communication, Corporate Communication, Soft Skills, Leadership Communication, and Placement Readiness to enhance students' communication skills, professional presence, and corporate employability.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Deliver training sessions on Business Communication, Corporate Communication, Soft Skills, Verbal and Written Communication, and Presentation Skills. \n
- Develop training modules, learning resources, assignments, and assessment tools aligned with industry requirements. \n
- Prepare students for campus placements through interview preparation, group discussions, business writing, and professional communication. \n
- Mentor students to improve communication effectiveness, confidence, and workplace readiness. \n
- Collaborate with the Placement Cell and academic departments to support student development initiatives. \n
- Contribute to institutional initiatives related to student development and academic excellence. \n

- Master's Degree in English, Communication, Corporate Communication, Business Communication, Management, or a related discipline. \n
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR, Marketing, or Communication will be an added advantage. \n
- Excellent academic record with demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English. \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Ph.D. in English, Communication, Management, or a related discipline. \n
- International certifications in Corporate Communication, Business English, Soft Skills, Leadership Development, or Learning & Development. \n
- Certification in IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, or equivalent (desirable). \n
Experience
\n- \n
- Experience in Corporate Communication Training, Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, Business Communication, or Higher Education. \n
- Prior experience in training MBA/PGDM students for placements will be highly preferred. \n
- Exposure to corporate training, executive education, or leadership development programmes will be an added advantage. \n
