Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Motion Graphic / Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience who can take ownership of creative output, guide a small team, and deliver high-quality design and motion work across client projects.

This is a hands-on, on-site rol e for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, manage feedback, and ensure work is delivered with quality and responsibility.

Role Overview

The Lead Designer will be responsible for leading the creative execution of design and motion projects, managing day-to-day output, supporting team members, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. The role requires strong design sense, motion understanding, ownership, communication skills, and the ability to handle feedback professionally and convert it into better creative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute motion graphic and graphic design projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Guide junior and mid-level designers in daily creative tasks and output quality.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, timelines, quality checks, and final deliverables.
  • Create static creatives, motion graphics, video assets, presentations, social media creatives, campaign visuals, and brand communication assets.
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts and executions.
  • Attend client/internal meetings when required and clearly explain creative thinking.
  • Receive feedback from clients and internal teams, evaluate it properly, and execute changes with clarity.
  • Ensure all work follows brand guidelines, design standards, and project requirements.
  • Stay hands-on with design and motion tools while also supporting the teams.
  • Coordinate with copy, strategy, servicing, production, and tech teams when required.
  • Maintain organized working files, project assets, and final exports.
  • Push the quality of creative output and help improve team efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good knowledge of motion graphics, animation timing, transitions, and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Ability to lead creative output and guide a small team
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and client-facing discussions.
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, revisions, and client feedback.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Good eye for detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, graphic design, digital creative, advertising, social media, or brand communication.
  • Prior experience in leading design output, mentoring team members, or managing creative deliverables is preferred.
