Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Multimedia Designer with a proven track record in the event management/experiential marketing industry . The ideal candidate will blend 2D graphic design expertise with 3D visualization and video production skills to bring event concepts, stage designs, and immersive brand experiences to life. Key Responsibilities

• Event Conceptualization: Create stunning 3D walkthroughs, stage designs, stall layouts, and spatial designs for corporate events, weddings, and exhibitions.

• 2D Graphic Design: Design comprehensive event collateral, including branding, signage, backdrops, invitations, social media assets, and print materials.
\n
• Video Production: Develop engaging 3D event intro videos, teaser trailers, and motion graphics for LED backdrops.
\n
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production and client servicing teams to ensure designs are structurally feasible and align with client briefs.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience strictly within the event industry .
\n
• 2D Design Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator , and CorelDRAW .
\n
• 3D & Video Production: Strong hands-on experience with Lumion , Skewtchup (or similar 3D rendering software) and 3D video animation tools (such as After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing architectural/event 3D renders, walkthroughs, and print-ready graphic assets.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle last-minute event design changes.
\n
• Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials used in event fabrication.
\n
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
