\nWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can do more than create beautiful visuals. We're looking for someone who can lead execution , elevate creative quality, mentor designers, and ensure campaigns move seamlessly from concept to launch.
\nWhat You'll Do
\nAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day creative execution across multiple brands and campaigns.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Lead the execution of social campaigns, digital creatives, and branded storytelling. \n
- Translate creative and marketing briefs into compelling visual ideas. \n
- Create campaign masters, key visuals, and platform-first content across static and motion formats. \n
- Review and mentor junior designers while maintaining high creative standards. \n
- Build and maintain visual systems, brand playbooks, and design consistency. \n
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, art directors, and video teams to deliver integrated campaigns. \n
- Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients while incorporating feedback into stronger creative solutions. \n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines. \n
- Stay on top of design trends, internet culture, emerging formats, and platform best practices. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- 4–6 years of professional design experience. \n
- Minimum 3 years in an advertising, digital, or creative agency. \n
- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, digital-first design, and visual storytelling. \n
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy. \n
- Experience taking projects from concept through final execution. \n
- Confidence in presenting work and collaborating with both internal teams and clients. \n
Tools & Skills
\nYou should be comfortable working with:
\n- \n
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related tools). \n
- AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Kling, Nano Banana, or similar platforms. \n
- Motion design workflows and designing for video and animation. \n
- Social-first content formats across digital platforms. \n

\nWithin your first 3 months, you'll:

- Improve workflow and execution speed across the design team. \n
- Help manage and distribute work efficiently across designers. \n
Within your first 6 months, you'll:
\n- \n
- Lead the creation of campaign masters and key visuals across major client accounts. \n
- Take ownership of visual execution across social campaigns. \n
- Drive the creative output for case studies, campaigns, and brand initiatives. \n
