About the Company

The Junior Event Manager is responsible for driving high-impact event experiences that strengthen corporate brand equity, employer branding, employee engagement, leadership visibility, and stakeholder relationships. Beyond event execution, the role contributes to strategic communication objectives by translating organizational priorities into memorable experiences that reinforce culture, reputation, and business goals.

About the Role

Main Accountability:

  • Develop and execute an annual event roadmap aligned with business, people, and branding priorities.
  • Support leadership communication platforms, culture-building initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and stakeholder engagement programs.
  • Convert organizational messages into impactful event experiences and engagement journeys.
  • Identify innovative event formats, technologies, and audience engagement approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of internal and external events.
  • Develop project plans, risk registers, communication plans, and execution frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless execution across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Drive governance, quality standards, and operational excellence across all events.
  • Ensure all events consistently reflect organizational brand positioning and values.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop themes, visual identities, content assets, stage experiences, and storytelling elements.
  • Enhance participant experience through innovative engagement and experiential branding.
  • Support communication campaigns before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate with leadership, HR, business teams, vendors, and agencies.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to maximize participation and impact.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships.
  • Track budgets, optimize costs, and ensure return on investment.
  • Monitor delivery quality and contractual compliance.
  • Establish KPIs for participation, engagement, satisfaction, branding impact, and communication effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports showcasing event impact and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Digital Marketing certifications preferred.

Required Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in Event management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, industrial products, or B2B sectors preferred.
