What you'll own:

• Visual development for branding projects — identity systems to full campaign toolkits
\n
• Design for live event experiences — stage backdrops, signage, invites, environmental graphics
\n
• Concept-to-execution on integrated campaigns, working hand-in-hand with strategy, content, and account teams
\n
• Mentorship of junior designers and creative reviews
\n
• Multiple projects, one consistent bar for quality
\n

What you bring:

• 3+ years in graphic design, with real depth in branding and event design
\n
• A portfolio that shows both sharp concepts and clean execution
\n
• Strong hands-on skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
\n
• Bonus points for Figma, After Effects, or a knack for presenting ideas to clients
\n
• You're based in Bengaluru (or ready to be) — this is a full-time, in-office role
