Role Description\nWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the successful delivery of Mentisprep's educational programs, including our AI Champion Program.
\nThis role will coordinate cross-functional activities across instructors, students, developers, content creators, and leadership to ensure programs, projects, and operational processes run efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage program calendars, milestones, schedules, and operational workflows. \n
- Coordinate instructors, teaching assistants, office hours, and student project activities. \n
- Monitor student engagement, feedback, and program performance metrics. \n
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures, onboarding processes, FAQs, and support workflows. \n
- Coordinate website, app, and content initiatives with developers and content teams. \n
- Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. \n
- Support marketing and growth operations, including webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, and student recruitment efforts. \n
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership. \n
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. \n
- Maintain organized documentation, schedules, and operational systems. \n

- 3–7 years of experience in operations, program management, project management, edtech, education, startups, or related fields. \n
- Strong organizational, project management, and workflow optimization skills. \n
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and create actionable reports. \n
- Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and documentation tools. \n
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-growing environment. \n

- Experience supporting high school, college, or educational programs. \n
- Familiarity with AI, software, technology, or startup environments. \n
- Experience with digital marketing, customer engagement, or growth operations. \n
