Technical Project Manager - ISV & Integration Delivery
Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products.
\nThis is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, push developers, communicate directly with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
What You’ll Own\n- Manage multiple concurrent development projects (ERP customizations, integrations, ISVs)
\n- Run daily/weekly standups and actively remove blockers
\n- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
\n- Work directly with developers and development manager to validate scope, estimates, and feasibility
\n- Track progress using tools like Smart Sheet and hold the team accountable
\n- Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients
\n- Identify risks early and drive resolution—not just report them
\n- Ensure deliverables meet both functional and business expectations
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Communication\n- Fluent English (written and spoken)
\n- Comfortable leading client calls and internal discussions
Technical Understanding\n- Experience understanding APIs (REST, webhooks, integrations)
\n- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
\n- Able to challenge developers intelligently
Execution Mindset\n- Proven ability to deliver projects—not just manage them
\n- Can handle ambiguity and evolving requirements
\n- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
Ownership\n- Takes responsibility for outcomes
\n- Follows through without needing constant direction
\n- Comfortable pushing back when needed
Strongly Preferred\n- Experience managing ISV or product-based development
\n- Background in software development or QA
\n- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum in real-world environments
\n- Experience working with US-based teams or clients
