About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant (QuickBooks & Bill.com Expert) with proven expertise in QuickBooks & Bill.com to manage accounting operations for US-based clients.
\n
• This senior-level role requires advanced proficiency in QuickBooks & Bill.com, a strong understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to lead complex accounting processes across multiple portfolios.
\n
• The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Handle full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks & Bill.com, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
\n
• Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial consolidations.
\n
• Generate and analyze financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support audit readiness and tax compliance.
\n
• Lead process improvement and automation efforts using NetSuite capabilities.
\n
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members on NetSuite processes.
\n
• Ensure accounting activities comply with US GAAP and client-specific policies.
\n
• Regularly collaborate with external CPA firms and US-based finance teams.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
\n
• 6-8 years of experience in US Accounting, with QuickBooks & Bill.com.
\n
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.
\n
• Expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, and Multicurrency.
\n
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
\n
• Experience working in a BPO/KPO or with US CPA firms is highly desirable.
\n
