We are looking for an Administration, Finance & Compliance Executive who can independently manage finance operations, statutory compliance, and office administration while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence. About the Role This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, maintaining high standards, and ensuring financial and compliance processes run smoothly. You will work closely with leadership, auditors, legal partners, and external vendors to ensure our India operations remain compliant, organized, and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities Accounting: End-to-end India accounting is the priority. Bookkeeping, payroll, GST/TDS/PF/ESI compliance, monthly close, vendor payments, CA liaison. US accounting support via QuickBooks — basic coordination only. Finance: Monthly financial reporting to CEO across India and US entities. Cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, banking, US-India reconciliation and cross-border coordination. Compliance & Document Control: This is the check and balance layer. HR and Legal create the documents. You ensure they exist, they're current, they're approved, and they're audit-ready — always. Every financial commitment has proper authorization before it moves HR documentation — offer letters, contracts, employee records — verified, complete, filed Statutory and regulatory documents — tracked, current, never lapsed Audit readiness — nothing surprises the auditor and nothing surprises you Vendor and contract documents — tracked, renewed on time Policy compliance — documented, distributed, signed off Administration: Day-to-day Coimbatore office operations, vendor management, travel logistics, CEO visit support. Required Skills & Experience B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter. 4–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and compliance. Strong experience handling India statutory compliance independently (GST, TDS, PF, ESI). Experience working with auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants. Strong working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel. Basic familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate professionally with global stakeholders. High level of integrity and discretion while handling confidential financial and HR information.
