Job Description - ServiceNow IRM, TPRM & BCM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM, TPRM & BCM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Risk & Compliance, and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, and BCM solutions.

• Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Control Management modules.

• Develop and customize third-party onboarding, vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and risk evaluation workflows.

• Configure Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Recovery Planning, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Plans, and Continuity Testing.

• Develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Catalog Items.

• Build dashboards, reports, performance analytics, and risk metrics.

• Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

• Support data migration, upgrades, platform enhancements, and production issue resolution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.

• Participate in testing, code reviews, and release management activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

• Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) implementation and customization.

• Hands-on expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM).

• Experience in Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow Automation.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Service Portal.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation projects.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Exposure to IT Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Vendor Risk Management processes.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance

• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor (Preferred)

• ITIL Foundation Certification
