Job Title : Automation & Analytics Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation and analytics solutions using Power BI, Python, and related technologies.
  
• Take end-to-end ownership of automation initiatives from planning and development to deployment and support.
  
• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions to deliver business insights.
  
• Automate manual processes and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Perform data analysis and develop predictive models to support business decision-making.
  
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of automation solutions.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
  
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in automation and analytics development.
  
• Communicate technical solutions effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, and analytics solutions.
  
• Expertise in dashboard development, data visualization, and business reporting.
  
• Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, or Excel Macros is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools.
  
• Ability to design scalable automation solutions and improve business processes.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is preferred.
