Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training content for supply chain planning processes and systems.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to end users, planners, managers, super users, and leadership teams.
• Create training materials including participant guides, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, quick reference materials, simulations, and e-learning content.
• Collaborate with supply chain SMEs, business stakeholders, change management teams, and project teams to understand process changes and translate them into effective learning programs.
• Develop training strategies, curricula, learning paths, and deployment plans aligned with business transformation objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and user readiness activities.
• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Support user adoption initiatives by partnering with Organizational Change Management and project teams.
• Continuously update training content based on process enhancements, system releases, and business feedback.
• Travel to various Mahindra locations to deliver training and support program rollout activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain Planning functions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training for supply chain planning processes and/or supply chain planning technology implementations.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse is strongly preferred.
• Experience with other supply chain planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, OMP, Anaplan, or similar solutions is highly desirable.
• 8–10 years of overall experience in Training, Learning & Development, User Enablement, Change Enablement, or related training roles.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to quickly absorb complex business processes and translate them into effective learning experiences.
• Experience supporting automotive, manufacturing, industrial, consumer goods, or FMCG organizations, with automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional business, transformation, and project teams.
