Job Description:-
We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer with expertise in firmware and IoT development to lead the design, development, and implementation of embedded software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware development, embedded systems, and IoT technologies, with a proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions for connected devices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement firmware and IoT solutions for embedded applications.
• Develop and maintain embedded software for IoT-enabled devices.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with end-to-end IoT solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve firmware and embedded software issues.
• Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and power efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to firmware development best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to firmware design and implementation.
• Stay up to date with emerging firmware, embedded systems, and IoT technologies.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in firmware and IoT development.
• Strong expertise in firmware development and IoT implementation.
• Hands-on experience with embedded software development using C/C++.
• Experience with embedded systems, RTOS, bootloaders, and device drivers.
• Proficiency with firmware development tools and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded processors.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols and standards such as MQTT, CoAP, BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, or LoRaWAN.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
