Hiring for SAP ERP Materials Management - Hyderabad
• The service will provide support to users and ticket resolution, not parametrization or the implementation of projects that carry out functionality expansion.
• The service will consist of 1 FTE that knows the financial modules FI and CO and preferably, knowledge of the logistics modules: SAP MM, Ariba, SAP WM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP PS.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional teams, and business users to address system issues.
• Document all support activities, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and SAP best practices.

Key Skills/Knowledge: • 6+ years of experience in SAP support and maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, SAP MM, Ariba, SAP WM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP PS)
• Familiarity with SAP Basis administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA or similar)
• Good communication and customer service skills
Experience required: • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• IT application management
