SAP SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Payroll~SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) : Payroll~Workday Payr

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform payroll-related system transactions and maintain payroll records.
• Process off-cycle payroll activities, including:
  • New hires
  • Terminations
  • Bank rejections
  • Missing bank account updates
  • Payroll adjustments
• Respond to employee queries regarding:
  • Payslips
  • Salary calculations
  • Deductions
  • Tax payments
  • Year-end tax forms
• Support HR/People Partners with payroll regulations, processes, and employee-specific payroll matters.
• Handle payroll audit and tax-related requests and compliance requirements.
• Validate payroll results during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support payroll projects.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Generate and share payroll metrics and reports on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain payroll process documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll processes and drive operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Audit, or Tax Operations.
• Experience with SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, or Workday Payroll is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll compliance, tax regulations, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
