About The Job:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Typing / Commitment Typing Specialist to join our US Mortgage Title Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate title commitment reports by reviewing title search packages, deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, tax records, and other public documents while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the US Title & Settlement process and experience working with title reports and commitment preparation.
- Prepare Title Commitment reports from title search packages.
- Review title search documents and extract relevant property information.
- Analyze ownership history, vesting, legal descriptions, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, taxes, and encumbrances.
- Accurately type title commitments into client-specific templates or title software.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and underwriting standards.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of title reports before submission.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Title Search teams for clarification when required.
- Meet production targets while maintaining high accuracy.
- Follow client SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Handle multiple files simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in Title Typing and Commitment Typing
- Experience in US Mortgage Title Operations.
