About The Job:

• Experience 4–8 Years
• We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with strong experience in Azure Synapse Pipelines, SQL development, and Node.js-based CMS platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based data engineering practices will be an added advantage.
• For your healthcare project, I would recommend looking for 5–10 years of experience, with mandatory expertise in Azure Synapse Pipelines, Azure SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL Design, and Node.js CMS integration, because these are the areas that typically become bottlenecks in enterprise analytics implementations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics and Synapse Pipelines.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes from multiple source systems.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning solutions.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data sources to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Integrate CMS platforms developed in Node.js with downstream data platforms and reporting systems.
• Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and implement proactive data quality checks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and application teams to understand data requirements.
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and audit processes.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
• Document data flows, mappings, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:
Azure Data Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience in developing and managing Synapse Pipelines.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and best practices.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

SQL

• Strong expertise in SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
• Query optimization and performance tuning.
• Stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexing strategies.
• Data modeling and database design.

Node.js CMS

• Experience working with Node.js-based CMS platforms.
• Experience developing APIs and data integration services.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of content management workflows and data synchronization.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions.
• Exposure to Azure Functions and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Git and source control management.
• Understanding of healthcare or enterprise data platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Able to independently own end-to-end data integration solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.
• Experience working in client-facing environments.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of handling complex data transformation requirements.
