About The Job:
- Join the team to help bring the world's best talent to the organization. As an Interview Coordinator, you will play a vital role on the Employee Resource Center team.
- You'll partner with Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and leadership to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- This fast-paced, high-impact role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to drive candidates through the interview process.
- Manage complex candidate scheduling for remote and on-site interviews across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle.
- Prioritize and manage multiple Talent Partners, job requisitions, and candidates while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
- Maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail within Workday, interview scheduling, and related systems.
- Support the Talent Operations and Talent Coordinator leadership team in improving processes, procedures, and operational projects.
- Handle and prioritize a wide range of advanced administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues affecting recruiting activities.
- Bring a positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach to consistently meet SLAs and team objectives.
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or CRM platform.
- Experience with Workday and TextExpander is preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with senior leadership.
- Previous interview coordination experience, preferably within a large enterprise organization.
