Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce
Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Build responsive and high-performance UI components using LWC
Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Admins, and QA teams
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and estimation
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and Salesforce governance
Support deployments and CI/CD processes using tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Aura Components
Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules)
Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
