Job Responsibilities:- \n

  • Handle customer queries over phone calls (Inbound/Outbound).
  • \n
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • \n
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • \n
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • \n
  • Follow company processes and quality standards.
  • \n
Eligibility Criteria:- \n
    \n
  • Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
  • \n
  • Experience: Fresher’s preferred (Contact Centre experience is an added advantage)
  • \n
  • Age: 18 years and above
  • \n
  • Rotational shift, Night Shift only of male candidates.
  • \n
Walk-In Interview Details:- \n

  • Interview Days: Monday to Friday
  • \n
  • 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month

  • Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
