We are currently seeking a Systems Integration senior Specialist - ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

\n

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our ServiceNow practice, We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developers who has strong coding fundamentals and a passion for building solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has knowledge of JavaScript or VBScript and a keen interest in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
\n This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms in the world.

\n Key Responsibilities
\n • Assist in the design, development, and configuration of applications on the ServiceNow platform.
\n • Support implementation of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
\n • Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows.
\n • Collaborate with senior developers and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
\n • Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
\n • Continuously enhance technical skills through training, certifications, and hands-on learning.

\n Required Skills
\n Technical Skills
\n • Basic understanding of:
\n o JavaScript (mandatory for scripting)
\n o HTML/CSS (optional but preferred)
\n o Relational databases & SQL concepts
\n o Software development fundamentals
\n • Understanding of ITSM or Cloud concepts is a plus
\n Soft Skills
\n • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
\n • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
\n • Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies in ServiceNow

\n Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
\n • Basic understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
\n • Exposure to any ticketing or workflow-based tools during academics or internships.
\n • Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
