Job Description
\n Your Roles and Responsibilities:
\n Assist in formulating Annual Operating Plan for trade spends, sales overheads, and Outstanding receivables for India business by liaising with sales teams across clusters and alignment with stakeholders
\n Channel P&Ls, VAN and SAMT P&Ls
\n Preparation of forecast spends basis inputs from stakeholders and monitoring the spends for GCPL India business
\n Preparing data for adhoc requirements and analysis
\n Co-ordinate for automation projects along with the IT team
\n Business Partnering with OT Chains and providing adequate support with the data
\n FOH Analysis
\n Co-ordinating with GEC Team and being the bridge in connecting with Business team and GEC
\n Collaboration with the customers along with GEC team for quick resolution of critical issues.
\n MT Damage approvals & creation of vendor codes
\n Resolving Queries of IMT Distributors w.r.t. Credit and claims
\n Tracking booking of expenses in VAN Sales and SAMT sales
\n Provisioning of spends on month end
\n Credit management
