Team Manager TV One

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more engineering teams which focus on building services for our Patch Management solution within our TeamViewer ONE and DEX Platform
\n
• Own all parts of the service lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, tracking and operations
\n
• Continuously improve the product delivery process to reach a sustainable improvement
\n
• Define the team’s product roadmap and drive the system architecture
\n
• Deliver software meeting highest quality in terms of usability, stability, performance and security
\n
• Be responsible for the quality the product the team delivers, as well as their overall effectiveness
\n
• Utilize proven technical best practices to inspire and guide the team, ensure that their solutions can be used by other teams in an easy and flexible manner
\n
• Provide guidance in regard to technical, process or method related questions to the team and enable and foster an open feedback and communication culture
\n
• Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members to help them reach their full potential
\n

Requirements:

\n
• A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related subject
\n
• 12+ years of software development experience focused on building services and products
\n
• 4+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proven track record in team development.
\n
• Expertise in at least one modern programming language like C#, C++, Java, Typescript with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
\n
• Familiarity with integrating or leveraging AI services or frameworks in software architectures is a plus.
\n
• Strong data-driven mindset and a great attention to detail
\n
• Familiarity in using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerating development, enhancing code quality, and improving developer workflows.
\n
• Comfortable with working in high-demand set-up and ability to prioritize execution, hands-on mentality
\n
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
\n
• Hands-on guidance of engineering teams through initial project phases
\n
• Experienced in leading delivery of cloud-based solutions that require collaboration across different teams.
\n
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services such as: Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, event streaming
\n
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset that balances technical excellence with business needs and delivery timelines.
\n
• Experience partnering with product and user experience teams
\n
• Strong communication skills to customers, business and technical partners
\n
• Strong data-driven mindset and a great attention to detail
\n
• A spirit of lifelong learning and eagerness to tackle new challenges every day

• Fluency in English is mandatory
