Job Description

- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. \n
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks and controls. \n
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess compliance adherence. \n
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities. \n
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters. \n
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues as they arise. \n
- Maintain updated records of compliance activities and documentation. \n
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to address compliance risks. \n\n
- A CS degree, a LLB is an added benefit \n
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services and trading industries. \n
- Experience in creating and implementing compliance frameworks. \n
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. \n
- Proficiency in using compliance and reporting tools. \n
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
