Job Description
Designation: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head Project Automation
\nLocation: Vadodara (Responsible for Gujarat Region)
\nQualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Engineering
\nExperience: 7-10 Years in Process Instrumentation Sales or Process Automation Sales
\nSalary: As per last hike / industry standards
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region. \n
- Promote and present automation solutions, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems. \n
- Conduct cold calls, generate qualified leads, and expand the customer base. \n
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business. \n
- Handle negotiations and order finalization, and ensure timely payment follow-ups. \n
- Oversee all sales and marketing activities for the Gujarat region. \n
- Manage sales activities for industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and servo drives. \n
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through new business development and customer acquisition. \n
Skills & Competencies
\n- \n
- Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and networking. \n
- Understanding of field instruments such as TT, LT, FT, PT, etc. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. \n
- Exposure to Rockwell Systems will be an added advantage. \n
- Prior experience with clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty chemical, and packaging industries is preferred. \n
