Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including Sales, Distribution, Investor Relations, Investment, Research, Operations, Finance and Compliance functions.
  • \n
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies and referrals.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • \n
  • Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • \n
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, compensation discussions and offer rollouts.
  • \n
  • Ensure fast turnaround time and closure of hiring mandates while maintaining quality standards.
  • \n
  • Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • \n
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation and hiring trackers.
  • \n
  • Support performance management, employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
  • \n
  • Work closely with business leaders on manpower planning, organizational structuring and workforce requirements.
  • \n
  • Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, employee engagement, performance discussions and exit management.
  • \n
  • Day to Day Activities:
    \n
      \n
    • Source and screen candidates against active mandates.
    • \n
    • Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and the management.
    • \n
    • Manage recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
    • \n
    • Drive offer negotiations and join conversions.
    • \n
    • Ensure onboarding requirements are completed smoothly and seamlessly.
    • \n
    • Participate in active engagement with management and other stakeholders to support organizational growth
    • \n

  • Qualification:
    \n
      \n
    • Postgraduate or an equivalent Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
    • \n
    • Prior experience hiring for Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund Distribution, Private Banking, or Financial Services organizations.
    • \n
    • Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
    • \n
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of distributor engagement and management.
    • \n
    • Strong understanding of the financial services talent landscape.
    • \n
    • Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
    • \n
    • Strong command over hiring tools like Naukari, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other Hiring tools.
