- Lead annual strategic planning, scenario modeling, and competitive assessments. \n
- Establish a robust strategic intelligence function to monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. \n
- Assess product, business unit, and market performance to identify opportunities for unlocking value. \n
- Build data-driven frameworks to influence decision-making at the executive level. \n
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic programs including digital transformation, operating model redesign, customer experience optimization, and cost/productivity programs. \n
- Partner with product, tech, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented successfully and deliver measurable outcomes. \n
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Top leadership team. \n
- Communicate strategic insights, business cases, and recommendations to the Board and senior stakeholders. \n
- Foster a strategic mindset across the organization through thought leadership and capability building. \n\n

The Successful Applicant
\n\n15+ years of total experience, with at least 10+ years in top-tier consulting firms
\n Proven track record leading strategy and commercial engagements for large-scale consumer internet, technology, telecom, or digital businesses in the Indian market..
\n Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership teams, Boards, or CXOs.
\n Expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, market entry strategy, and large-scale program management.
\n Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills.
\n Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
