- CMDB Management & Maintenance: \n
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow CMDB. \n
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CI (Configuration Item) data through audits and reconciliation. \n
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for CMDB. \n
- Configuration Management Process Ownership: \n
- Define and implement configuration management processes, policies, and procedures. \n
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align CMDB data with organizational needs. \n
- Monitor and resolve issues related to CMDB performance and compliance. \n
- Integration and Automation: \n
- Lead integration of CMDB with other ITSM/ITOM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. \n
- Develop and manage automation workflows to enhance CMDB data population and updates. \n
- ServiceNow Expertise: \n
- Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, modules, and capabilities. \n
- Provide technical expertise in designing CMDB structures and service models. \n
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices. \n
- Reporting and Insights: \n
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health and usage metrics. \n
- Provide insights to IT and business teams to drive improvements in IT operations and services. \n
