Job Role: Manager- Food & Beverage
\nLocation: Chennai
\nAs an F&B Manager, you will manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
\nJob Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, including the employee canteen, pantry & event related services. \n
- Manage the daily operations of the Corporate Guest Houses (GH) across the country, for services, upkeep & maintenance. \n
- Lead, hire and train F&B & GH staff to adhere to our high standards of services and customer satisfaction. \n
- Create & manage the F&B & GH department budgets. \n
- Negotiate annual contract for F&B & GH services \n
Looking at professionals with 15+ years of experience with a Diploma / Bachelor's in Hotel Management Degree
