As an F&B Manager, you will manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

\n

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, including the employee canteen, pantry & event related services.
  • \n
  • Manage the daily operations of the Corporate Guest Houses (GH) across the country, for services, upkeep & maintenance.
  • \n
  • Lead, hire and train F&B & GH staff to adhere to our high standards of services and customer satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Create & manage the F&B & GH department budgets.
  • \n
  • Negotiate annual contract for F&B & GH services
  • \n

Looking at professionals with 15+ years of experience with a Diploma / Bachelor's in Hotel Management Degree
