Job Description
- Only candidates based out of Delhi NCR or willing to relocate apply \n

- Manage and oversee all contractual matters related to business operations in Delhi. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal advice on contract-related issues. \n
- Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions. \n
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks effectively. \n
- Provide training and guidance to teams on contract management processes. \n
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and associated documentation. \n
- Lead the implementation of CLM tools and creation of all playbooks \n\n
- A degree in law or a related field and atleast 12 years of experience \n
- Proven experience in managing contracts within the infrastructure/engineering/heavy manufacturing industry. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the sector. \n
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills. \n
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify risks effectively. \n
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
