Job Description

- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and deliver tailored solutions. \n
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. \n
- Oversee the succession planning process and career development frameworks. \n
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards in all HR practices. \n
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. \n
- Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on HR best practices and trends. \n\n
- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in learning and development and talent management within the Agriculture & Forestry sector. \n
- Strong understanding of HR processes and policies. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Proficiency in implementing and managing training programs and development plans. \n
- Experience in working within the Energy & Natural Resources industry is desirable. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
