  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • \n
  • Design and execute talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain top talent.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • \n
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • \n
  • Oversee the succession planning process and career development frameworks.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards in all HR practices.
  • \n
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • \n
  • Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on HR best practices and trends.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    A successful AGM/DGM - L&D and TM should have:

    \n
  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven expertise in learning and development and talent management within the Agriculture & Forestry sector.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing training programs and development plans.
  • \n
  • Experience in working within the Energy & Natural Resources industry is desirable.
  • \n
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
