Overview

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with an ability to design and develop core processes across employee life cycle such as performance and goal management, learning and compensation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer for requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing of business application
\n
• Identify and document reports and interfaces specs.
\n
• Assist in timely resolution of functional issues
\n
• Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities
\n
• Resolve any identified issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
\n

Technical Expertise:

\n
• Good understanding of Core HCM, Learning and Talent Modules
\n
• Ability to configure learning features such as catalogs, content, self-paced learning and blended programs
\n
• Expertise in talent management processes, compensation planning, and performance management best practices.
\n
• Able to work with the technical team for interfaces and reports
\n
• Able to understand and work with third party vendors for different integrations
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 2-3 implementation cycle for Core HCM, Learning and Talent modules
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
