\n\n* Lead end‑to‑end SAP/Oracle ERP implementation and vendor governance
\n * Manage post‑implementation support, integrations & user training
\n * Develop automated MIS, dashboards & project costing tools
\n * Oversee IT infrastructure across offices, plants & remote rigs (network, cloud, security, VSAT)
\n * Ensure SEBI CSCRF cybersecurity compliance, audits, DR & backup
\n * Integrate ERP with banking, GST/TDS, SEBI reporting & SCADA
