\nProject Management: Coordinate and manage the day to day operations, multi-phase network projects, ensuring they align with the change and release calendar.
\nTeam Coordination: Work closely with engineers, program managers, and other support teams to ensure seamless delivery of network services.
\nClient Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
\nPerformance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of network services, taking corrective actions as needed.
\nVendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets agreed terms.
\nService Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in network service delivery and implement necessary changes.
\nSkills and Qualifications:
\nTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of network technologies including the advance technologies such as SDN, SASE, Cloud etc.
\nProject Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
\nProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
\nVendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
\nEducational Background:
\nBachelor s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is often required.
\nMaster s Degree: An advanced degree, such as an MBA or a Master s in a related field, can be advantageous.
\nCertifications:
\nNetworking: Certifications such as Cisco s CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant networking certifications.
