SAP Project Systems (PS) Support

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Monitor and manage SAP error handling workflows from system inbox

  • \n
  • \n

    Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in SAP / PM tools or via coordination with relevant teams

  • \n
  • \n

    Support integration between PM tools, middleware, and SAP ensuring smooth data flow

  • \n
  • \n

    Execute month-end support activities including hours integration checks, discrepancy resolution, and missing data handling

  • \n
  • \n

    Perform database validation (SQL-based) to identify and resolve integration issues

  • \n
  • \n

    Handle invoice transfer issues and work package validations in SAP

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain error logs/documentation and contribute to knowledge base

  • \n
\n

2. Technical Upgrade (TU) & Testing Support

\n

o Execute business process test scenarios during SAP technical upgrades

\n

o Setup and manage test chains and test data for end-to-end validation

\n

o Support user access and authorization setup for testing activities

\n

o Provide extended support during TU cycles (high-demand periods) to ensure business continuity

\n

3. Component Business / Data & Coordination Support

\n

o Support data validation, data cleansing coordination, and issue tracking across business processes

\n

o Coordinate with business key users and stakeholders for requirement clarification and issue resolution

\n

o Participate in regular governance and coordination meetings and provide status updates

\n

o Track activities using structured tools (trackers, Kanban, reporting dashboards)

\n

o Ensure transparency, reporting, and adherence to defined processes

\n

o Collaborate across SAP teams, PM tool teams, and business stakeholders for end-to-end support
\n

\n
\n

Educational qualification:

\n

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent

\n

Experience :

\n

2–3 years of experience in SAP support / functional roles

\n
    \n
  • \n

    SAP support / incident resolution

  • \n
  • \n

    Data validation / data handling activities

  • \n
  • \n

    Month-end operational support (preferred)

  • \n
  • \n

    Exposure to SAP upgrades/testing (nice to have)

  • \n
\n

Mandatory/requires Skills :
\n o Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems (PS) module

\n

o Basic knowledge of SAP SD and/or MM modules

\n

o Understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P)

\n

o Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting

\n

o Understanding of system integration and interfaces (PM tools, SAP, middleware)

\n

o Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

\n

o Ability to work independently with structured approach

\n

o Proactive problem-solving mindset

\n

o Familiarity with tracking/reporting tools (Kanban, trackers; Power BI – nice to have)
