- Establish governance, KPIs, reporting \n
- Ensure operational readiness, adoption & BAU handover \n
- Business case, ROI, budgeting alignmentClose Phase 2 of ITSM design/implementation \n
- Establish global process maturity → move towards Level 3+ \n
- Create single global CMDB + asset repository \n
- Standardize Incident / Problem / Change / Release / Event / Config mgmt \n
- Create global governance cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) \n\n
- 15+ years in IT Operations with real transformation leadership experience. \n
- Expert in ITIL v4, ITSM uplift, ServiceNow models, and global process design. \n
- Strong in vendor governance, operating‑model creation, and KPI/ROI ownership. \n
- Strategic, polished communicator who can influence senior stakeholders. \n
- Thrives in complex, multi‑region environments and builds structure from chaos. \n
- Confident leading Release Management, CMDB, and Asset Management modernization. \n
- A change‑agent who brings clarity, consistency, and long‑term operational maturity.
