Business Development Manager (IT services)

opportunities in the staff augmentation domain. You will build strong customer relationships,

identify key opportunities, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of market

trends and conditions.

Responsibilities:

staff augmentation services.

staff augmentation space.

\n

%CF; Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with service delivery.

%CF; Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

%CF; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.

%CF; 3+ years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the IT

industry.

%CF; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate

value propositions.

%CF; Strong organizational and time-management skills.

\n

%CF; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

process from lead generation to deal closure.
