National Head Sales (Food and Staples Division)

\nOur client is a reputed and diversified FMCG organization with a strong presence in the food products segment. With an established legacy and professional management, the company is on an ambitious growth trajectory, strengthening its national footprint across both modern trade and general trade channels.
\nThe National Sales Head will lead the company s food business across India, driving revenue growth, distribution expansion, and strategic sales execution across multiple channels. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
\nLead and manage national sales operations for the food division.
\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
\nStrengthen presence in both modern trade and general trade, with a strong focus on southern markets.
\nDrive e-commerce channel development and key account management.
\nBuild, mentor, and lead a large sales team to ensure strong market execution and performance.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to achieve business goals.
\nManage a balanced product portfolio across packaged and staple food categories.
\nEnsure strong trade relationships and effective channel management nationwide.
\nExperience: 15 22 years in FMCG / Food / Beverage sectors.
\nAge Range: 40 45 years preferred.
\nProven experience handling large-scale P&L and national-level sales responsibilities.
\nStrong track record in distribution expansion and team leadership.
\nHands-on exposure to modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
\nPrior experience in reputed FMCG organizations with strong systems and brand pedigree.
\nExcellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
