Job Description
- Lead a high‑growth cable accessories portfolio in a 100 CR region \n
- Drive new product launches in a fast‑expanding electricals business \n\n
- Lead regional sales for LV/MV cable accessories including lugs, glands, joints, and terminations. \n
- Grow business across MH, Goa, MP, and Gujarat with full P&L responsibility for the 100 CR western region. \n
- Drive new product launches and ensure strong adoption in the dealer and distributor ecosystem. \n
- Build and scale the regional dealer network to support primary and secondary sales. \n
- Engage with utilities, EPC contractors, OEMs, industrial clients, and consultants to secure product approvals. \n
- Map the market across 11kV and 33kV applications and expand penetration for the new cable accessories portfolio. \n
- Conduct product demos, technical sessions, and influencer engagement for demand creation. \n
- Track competition (Obo, Lab Cabel, Crompton Greaves, Schneider, L&T) and provide market intelligence to central teams. \n
- Ensure disciplined sales execution, collections, and achievement of revenue and margin targets. \n
- Maintain strong collaboration with the National Sales Head and internal technical/product teams. \n
- Manage and mentor a small regional team (currently 1 direct report). \n\n
- in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. \n
- 8-15 years of experience in electrical products-preferably cable accessories, cables, switchgear, or related sectors. \n
- Strong exposure to 11kV/33kV systems and MV/LV installation environments. \n
- Proven success in managing dealer/distributor networks in electrical product sales. \n
- Experience working with utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial customers. \n
- Exposure to product launches and new‑business creation preferred. \n
- Ability to independently drive a region and manage revenue, approvals, and technical sales. \n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
