Student Data & Systems Management Handle backend student onboarding, assign students to their correct batches, and generate classroom user IDs. Maintain and audit student records across all platforms to ensure data matches perfectly across systems. Coordinate with external vendors to dispatch and track student welcome kits, and resolve any delivery issues. 2. Consolidate monthly financial data to prepare accurate GST payable reports for tax compliance. Calculate and validate monthly revenue-share payouts for coaches based on their class logs and active student numbers, then email them their statements. 3. Classroom & Tournament Logistics Provide real-time technical support to coaches and Parent Relations executives during live classes if connectivity or platform issues arise. Manage classroom software licenses and user access permissions. Plan the monthly tournament calendar across different skill levels and handle the backend setup for weekly online tournaments. Run the end-to-end tracking and execution for the "Student of the Month" challenge. 4. Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly and fortnightly operations performance summaries. Generate monthly accounts reports covering total fee collections, outstanding dues, and revenue metrics. Run specific discrepancy reports to flag missing fees or mismatched data for international students. Requirements Strong data management skills: You should be highly organized and comfortable working with large student databases and able to extract data and report. Excel skills: Experience in using Excel/Google sheets is non-negotiatiable. Basic finance/accounting familiarity: Experience tracking invoices, managing payouts, or handling basic GST reports is highly preferred. Tech-savvy: Quick to learn internal software and manage backend dashboards or user permissions. Attention to Detail: You should carefully review work, identify errors or inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks. Prior experience in ed-tech operations, logistics, or data management is a plus.
