- 12+ years of experience in lighting R&D, design & development \n
- BDes/MDes or BTech from a tier 1 institute | Strong understanding of SolidWorks \n\n
- Drive research and development efforts to create innovative household products in the lighting industry \n
- Oversee the engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D projects with business objectives \n
- Lead the design and testing of new products to meet market demands \n
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation \n
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all R&D operations \n
- Manage and mentor the R&D team to achieve organisational goals \n
- Prepare and present reports on R&D progress to stakeholders \n\n
- A strong educational background in engineering or a related field \n
- Strong understanding of SolidWorks \n
